Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 14, 2025
1. Introduction
At ReadySmartGo, LLC (“ReadySmartGo,” “Business Resilience Society,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy really matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (www.readysmartgo.org) or take part in any of our programs, memberships, workshops, or online communities (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you’re agreeing to this Privacy Policy. If anything here ever feels unclear, please reach out to us at info@readysmartgo.org — we’re happy to help.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information so we can deliver a great experience, improve our programs, and serve you better. This may include:
• Information you share directly, like your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you join as a member, register for events, or contact us.
• Information collected automatically, such as browser type, device data, IP address, and how you interact with our site — this helps us improve usability and security.
• Information from our trusted tools and platforms, including Membership.io (for member management), Searchie.io (for content hosting), ConvertKit (for email delivery), and Zapier (for automations). These services help us operate efficiently and keep your experience seamless.
• Optional input from forms, surveys, polls, or discussions in the member community.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (like health or financial history) unless you voluntarily provide it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide access to member benefits, workshops, and resources
• Manage your account and process payments
• Personalize your member experience and communications
• Keep you informed about updates, opportunities, and community events
• Improve our website, membership hub, and services
• Meet any legal or operational obligations
4. AI Features (Meet “Keeper”)
Our member platform includes “Keeper,” an AI-powered assistant designed to help members quickly find information, resources, and guidance within the BRS Hub and trusted external sources such as government and corporate websites.
• Keeper draws from these trusted sources and BRS materials, articles, and partner content, never from private member data.
• It does not store or share your personal information.
• Occasionally, anonymous usage data may be reviewed to make Keeper smarter and more helpful for everyone.
5. Sponsors, Partners, and Affiliates
We occasionally work with sponsors and partners who share our mission of strengthening small businesses.
• We may share general, non-personal insights (like the number of members in an industry segment) to help partners understand our audience.
• We never share individual member data unless you’ve directly engaged with a partner through an event, offer, or introduction.
• Sometimes we’ll send emails featuring partner resources or opportunities relevant to business resilience — but you can opt out of those any time.
6. Payments and Administrative Fees
If you join as a Society Member or pay an administrative fee as an Associate, payments are handled securely by third-party processors.
• We don’t store full credit card information.
• All membership and administrative fees are non-refundable, since members receive full access to proprietary materials and benefits upon joining.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, improve performance, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended without them.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. While no system is ever 100% secure, we do everything reasonably possible to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. If you cancel your membership, we retain only minimal records needed for compliance and operational integrity.
10. Your Privacy Choices

11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it right away.

Our website may include links to other resources. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information there.
