Cancellation and Policy

Membership in the Business Resilience Society, a division of ReadySmartGo, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is designed as a 12-month journey to help you strengthen, stabilize, and future-proof your business.
 
Our mission is to ensure every member gains real value and support from participating in the Society. While we understand that circumstances can change, joining the Society gives you immediate access to proprietary materials, resources, and member benefits. So it’s important that you understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Membership Types

We offer three membership options:
 
• Associate Membership – Free to join with limited access to resources, with a one-time administrative fee to cover account setup.
• Society Membership – Paid annual membership that grants full access to all resources, member privileges, and discounted activities and events.
• Corporate / Affiliate Memberships – Annual sponsorship or partnership-based memberships offering promotional and multi-user benefits.
 
Each type is structured to serve different levels of engagement while maintaining fairness and consistency for all.

2. Cancellation Policy

Associate Memberships

Associate Members may cancel at any time by contacting Member Support.
• Any one-time administrative fees are non-refundable as they cover setup and hosting costs.
• Once cancelled, Associates lose access to all member meetings, discussion groups, and newsletters.

Society Memberships

Society Memberships are annual, individual memberships that include access to proprietary materials and programs from day one.
• Because these resources are delivered immediately upon joining, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
• Members may cancel their renewal at any time by notifying Member Support at least 30 days before their annual renewal date.
• Memberships automatically renew each year unless cancelled in advance.
• All memberships are individual and non-transferable.

Corporate / Affiliate Memberships

Corporate and Affiliate memberships are billed annually and include promotional listings, co-branding opportunities, and group access privileges.
• These memberships are non-refundable once activated.
• Renewal cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a corporate membership for misuse of privileges or conduct inconsistent with our community values.

3. Renewal Policy

All memberships automatically renew annually unless cancelled prior to renewal. Members receive advance notice before renewal and can opt out at any time before the renewal date to prevent future charges.

4. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Because every paid member receives immediate access to our exclusive educational content, community features, and proprietary frameworks, refunds aren’t necessary or appropriate. We believe in transparency from the start — and we’re committed to continuously delivering value throughout your membership year.
